– Design/modeling –
the models or drawings of each client are developed and transformed into molds for the cutting phase. Then, a prototype is developed that will materialize the part and allow the verification of the best options in materials and possible rectifications requested by the customer.

– Cutting –

We are equipped with technology that allows us to optimize fabric consumption and thus achieve better product quality in the cut, and rigor in the measurements of each piece, so that in this way we can respond more quickly and effectively.

– Tailoring –

– Finishing –
this phase is crucial in the finalization of the product where the various components are analyzed in the smallest detail: control of measurements, quality of manufacture, control of accessories and applications, etc. The pieces are thus supervised, searched and finally ironed with industrial irons. Subsequently, bending is done manually or automatically depending on the type of parts and the specifications of each customer. The customization of the piece is done through labels or applications according to the customer's instructions, as well as its packaging.
